The dolls are among the 99% who are rising up against the 1% who control the bulk of the world's wealth and resources. It's a commentary/parody/re-enactment of the Occupy movement.

The authorities have declared Dollotti Park to be a health hazard and start to close the Occupy the Dollhouse site down. The protesters resist and they get pepper-sprayed by a trigger-happy cop. Now through June 23 you’ll be able to see and purchase print versions of these photos at Artomatic 2012 in Crystal City, Virginia. The Occupy the Dollhouse exhibit is located on the 10th floor in room 166.
